• 1. Habasit Profiles

     

     • Description: Habasit's profiles are primarily intended to be used in general conveying on inclining and declining transport in linear movement or in applications where transversal forces may occur. Profiles are made with thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), PVC or thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) material. They are manufactured as a single bar of a certain length or as a coil and are thus capable of being cut to length in order to exactly meet the required size of the belt. Profiles can be added to conveyor and processing belts, as well as to Habasit's timing belts to assist conveying and product placement. Tracking guides, profiles and sidewalls in a variety of sizes and material characteristics offer enhanced features for customer's custom design.
